Message from Heaven, January 8th 1992, Dignity and Grief:

"There are many themes to be considered this evening. There is grief, for example, but what then is happiness? Happiness is God, All is Happiness - All is Peace.
Be cautious and dignified, this is wise, this is good.
And what is being dignified? Being filled with dignity, being God-centred, being dignified; dignity is essential to the human being - in other words it is part of the essence - your behaviour, attitudes, comments, your being must mirror and be an image of God, God within you, God around you. In everything, therefore, be a witness to the God who is in you, the God who created you, the God who is above you, the God who is beyond you, the God who is totally united to you, the child of God that you are.
Children go forward bearing witness to the parents who brought them into the world, who nurtured and reared them, who administered that subtle blend of discipline and love, and guided them; who were their refuge, who were their strength, perhaps, indeed their inspiration.
This is similar to a point with the Father Creator: children of the Father do, indeed must, go forward in witness to the Great Creator, who brought them into being, nurtured and sustained them, but there is a difference; while in the healthy relationships - I stress for the world 'healthy' not ideal - the children move forward bearing witness to the parents, while the link must and should remain, at the stage of independence, which is variable, the children, as it were, move on, perhaps I could say sever particular ties; the child of God, of the Great Creator, remains forever bonded, united to the Father, forever dependent from time through death to eternity.
The essential dignity of the human being is in the eternal link with the Father, the eternal bond.
Dignity is essentially part of the human being; it is complex. Be aware of your dignity, be dignified, bear witness always to the Father with whom you are linked eternally, throughout and beyond time. Act accordingly, speak accordingly, think accordingly. Dignity is given you by the Father, but having been given - one does not come into this world seeking it - the individual has a duty to strive to maintain it; constant awareness of duty to the Father renders this a very easy task, but as in all things, it is complex.
There are those who strive to take away a person's dignity, to interfere in the
God-child relationship. One comes into this world not seeking dignity, but in growth one understands it and needs it. The loss of dignity by one's own actions is a sad affair and can indeed create guilt and anxiety, or sadder still, reckless abandonment. The loss of dignity imposed on the individual is severely regarded by the Father whose link with the child is dignity.
Pray, children of the world, for those who self destruct: reckless indulgers destroying flesh and soul, drug abusers, people who abort children, sexual abusers - so many - an endless line. Pray, children of the world, for those whose lives are wrecked by others, whose dignity is swiped or gradually destroyed. Ah, paradoxically, how dignified those poor souls are; the bond with the Father grows stronger. Pray for those who would destroy a person's dignity - I say 'would', physically or psychologically, yes, but dignity is God given, it lies deep, it rests, it lives in the essence.
" In the extermination camps dignity, physically and psychologically, was removed; in many dear souls an awareness of their dignity, in their respect for themselves as individuals, and for some, as children of God, remained; in those unaware dignity remained. The soul is untouchable by human hands; nothing can penetrate the soul except the God of Creation, whose link with the soul - and in that word link I mean many things: the link is justice, is love, is joy, is hope, is strength - is eternal.
You see there can on many occasions be a notion of the triumph of bad over good, evil over good; there NEVER is.
In all life's situations, children of this world, be aware that what is within you is eternal, and the eternal is God. Be aware of your dignity, even in the seeming loss of it.
What is grief? Grief is a sorrow that lies deep. The soul yearns after something; it bemoans; it wails, as in a desert storm - make no mistake, a storm - grief is very turbulent. Grief lacks, grief indeed may corrode. Grief is a loss? Grief is a sorrow!
All children of grief, truly I could say, through the loss of a life companion - be it father, mother, sister, brother, child or best friend - know this, the loss is temporary, the sorrow is short lived; it is, after all, of this earth.
"Why do I moan as the years set in? Why do I yearn?"
This is in the heart of so many souls; the yearning is desire, is longing for, unfulfilled. The mourning comes with the yearning, is an outflow of the yearning. But know this, children of this world, the Godhead is the fulfilment - the time will pass. Looking back perhaps increases the yearning, perhaps looking forward is not possible; look, therefore, only to the moment, the now; look to the God who inhabits your soul, He will ease the pain, and in the time to come all yearning will be lost, will be consumed in the Fulfilment of Love. Abandon your saddened hearts to the God of Pity and of Mercy and of unlimited Love. Be abandoned in God children of this world who grieve.
Happiness is God. God is all joy, all hope, all lightness of spirit.
Duties performed - and for those who feel useless and ask 'what duties', the duties are in living, perhaps in sharing, if only an experience - all can look to the joy that is God.
Children, I sing praises to Lord, that is my joy. I and all the children of Heaven desire the joy that is God for every child on Earth. Share joy, love joy, triumph in joy, and in all times and situations of adversity and despair cast a glance, look for one moment to the God of Joy and Beauty and of Love. I am your humble servant. I am in Joy and I am joyful that I am allowed, and you are able, to share the Joy of God to the children of this world. Be in peace. I will return."
