On the Eve of the Second Gulf War, some messages given before the First
Extracts from series of messages, with extract from recent message.
Margaret reports seeing an image of finding herself floating through a lot of lava, which is burning, then she hears words, "The Heart of Mary is a furnace/ or like a furnace/ a furnace of love. No one ever fully penetrates Her Heart" Margaret has an impression that even souls totally devoted to her, that fully love, that she takes to Herself after death, do not go to the centre. The Mother's embrace of love is fathomless, after all she embraced God.
"Peace of Jesus be with you this Christmas. I bring you the Infant of the Crib.
Mary, conceived purity, purity conceived. (specific about punctuation)
The innocence of the newborn babe in no way measures the innocence of the Christ child. The Christ was formed of innocence, in innocence, innocent.
The heart of man is shadowed, man aspires to a goodness that is God.
The innocence of man was lost at the fall, it was lost then. From the point in eternity when the fall happened - all of that is not 'point', 'eternity', 'when', these are terms we have to use - more from the moment of rebellion, but even moment puts it in time, the minute Satan rebelled we lost innocence even although we were not created at that time. The innocence of the baby is comparative, is relative to the adult; it is not innocence as in Mary and Jesus. Their innocence, Mary and Jesus, is pre-Creation, is pre-Fall, is pre-Rebellion - it is the pure innocence of God, Jesus in Divinity, Mary in Humanity. The devil in fall knew of the birth, the birth of Jesus.
[Margaret given an impression of a bullet, or something round, exploding, then the reverse in action, as in a slow motion camera shot, so it all goes back into the bullet - that is time and eternity, that is the difficulty of expressing eternity in terms of time.
The bullet is all of it, everything, the entirety - it moves out beyond that, beyond that, back in on itself, she can only express it in a moment of time, it is all times now.]
In terms of time man was not created when the devil fell, but in his fall he saw the first man and the last man on earth, never underestimate his power, he is outwith time, you, children on the earth, are not. He, the devil, has seen all and remember, my children, he saw all in the glory of Heaven, when he was there he was outwith time. He spent, if you like, the longest time in Heaven because he was outwith time and in Heaven before he fell. You cannot understand the glory that he had in Heaven.
My children, all things are paradoxes, this time (Christmas 1990) on earth heralds a time of peace, outside of earth, along with the Easter time of resurrection, it draws or attracts so much conflict, the time of the peace of the coming of the Christ child attracts the opposition, fury and rage of the devil. The time of the Christ man resurrection attracts equal fury. The earth is troublesome, there are not moments of peace even between these two times, there is no moment of peace in a moment of time. Given one moment of time, there are distraught hearts and souls, there are distraught families and nations. Jesus asks where is His Peace?
My children, I bring you the Christ child, but He asks, where is His Peace?
My children, you think of monasteries and convents, there is strife in these homes. The candle burns, yes the candle of peace burns in individual hearts, there is no doubt. Let individual hearts unite in strength of peace. Jesus says where is My Peace.
Jesus looks in consolation to the individual hearts that burn in consolation amidst strife. But where is there unity of the peaceful hearts, like the unity of the hearts of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, that first bleak and dismal Christmas morning, when the Prince of Peace came into this world. How we have let Him down, do you understand the abomination of their poverty and dismalness, do you understand the hearts of love that in triumphate met, were united, were bonded in peace? Oblivion is glory, all for God, indeed in Jesus, most Holy Son of God, part of the Godhead and a Peace, all for man's salvation because of the Love of the Godhead.
Does not the Christian Church feel at this moment in time like rising up and shouting the Glory of God and proclaiming the Glory of God through all parts of His world. Cannot children blest with the riches of materialism help the children who are not? Except for a very few they do not do this, they think only of themselves.
Cannot children content with a peaceful mind help those children whose minds are troubled, except for a very few they do not, they think, my children, only of themselves.
Cannot the children whose lives are smooth help those children whose paths are difficult, most my precious ones, do not. They do not offer one prayer in consolation, that, it seems would be asking too much and would demand a faith in their Creator. My message is the Peace of Christ this Christmas, remember the Christ Child, remember His humility and His poverty, remember His task. I stress that I do not necessarily mean forsake materialism but as children of the Child, you must inherit His humility, His poverty and His task. You must carry on His task to save souls, I refer beyond you, Margaret and Geoff, to all children of God. You must carry on this task in humility and in poverty of heart, never fearing because all is enriched by Jesus Christ, our Saviour. Be filled with the Peace of Christ this Christmas. As big and as vast as your problems seem to you, they are all contained within His infant hands, 'be still and know that I am God', I leave you in the Peace of Jesus, the Infant of the crib, May His Holy Mother Bless you."
Message from Heaven 6th January 1991
"May the Peace of Jesus be with you, may His peace fill your home and your hearts and your children this coming year"
[Margaret glanced at a glass and is filled with the impression 'the cup, the chalice is filled with His Blood and they will not drink it' - Margaret has been drawn to think about the Gulf today, she feels she is being directed to this coming conflict. She sees images piling in together
'They will draw blood from the lamb.
They drew blood from the lamb'
Margaret sees the cross, with blood dripping down it, if she could she would catch it in a chalice. She sees Jesus at the Last Supper.
'This is My Blood"
Margaret sees an overriding thing, that in all war, in all wars, it is His blood that is shed. In all wars it is Christ's blood that is shed.]
"Do you understand, my children, what is meant by Christ the victim? Christ the victim on the cross? Christ the eternal victim. Christ the lamb of God - His blood was shed so that sins may be forgiven. In the history of man since the cross, in sin, they shed His blood. Jesus told man to love one another. He also said I give you My Peace and I leave you My Peace. There is one major exception, the fight against Nazism - that war, in spite of individual attitudes, actually was a war of good against evil. I stress that not all on one side or another were all good or all evil, it was what became the overall nature of the war - not taking into account individual attitudes, the good and bad on both sides. This concept, good against evil, also figures to a varying extent in the Crimean War, some of the crusades (although there were good and bad on both sides) and conflicts in China, now forgotten, in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.
If you look at Hitlerism - and also some of the crusades, and the Chinese dynastic conflict where the overriding ethos was Good against Evil - these examples being very unusual, I feel that these are situations of strife like all wars, but in their dimension or make-up they take up a good against evil overriding dimension, and this conflict between good and evil overrides, supercedes the evil of the war - in many if not most of the wars on earth there is not this overriding good against evil - in war nothing echoes Jesus' love for one another or His Peace.
Saddam Hussain is evil, his world is power that is atrocious, his heart is without mercy, his mind is the possession of Satan, do you understand, Geoff, that his thinking is evil? Remember what I said previously, never underestimate the power of the devil. My impression is that war could be averted, Saddam is crushable but the people who seek to bring him to confrontation point in war are not corrupt but full of flaws themselves - the deadline for war is because they want it (January 15th). Given the nature of the people involved there is too much pride around. Prayer could have averted this, prayer still could, prayer can move mountains but that is prayer in faith, most people pray without faith. People pray in the faith that they are praying to a God and many believe so, but they do not pray in the belief that their prayer can be effective, they do not believe them. They have faith in the God they pray to but no faith in the prayer they utter - if we think about this it is strange. They do not know God but they have faith in Him, they know the prayers they utter yet they have no faith in them.
Analogy - this is what God has to entertain by way of prayer. Father is standing in the kitchen, the child knows he is there, has abiding trust and faith that he is there (say at this time of day He is always there) yet the child wanders round the hallway looking for Him, talking to Him - in all the faith he does not have the confidence or common sense to know that he can talk to Him in His presence - this is the situation with prayer. People also truly believe in the presence of God but as they cannot see Him, they have little or no belief in the strength of their prayer to their God.
Saddam Hussain is evil. Those against him, Presidents, Senators, Generals are open to reproach, they are corrupt, but they are not evil. People dealing with Saddam Hussain are not wholesome enough to deal with him - also wheels, the war machine is starting to turn to war, there is little to combat this and even people who pray for peace do not believe their prayers are worthwhile, that the infinite God they pray to does not listen, this makes no sense religion wise.
The depth of Saddam Hussain's evil is partly due to the fact that he is religious, those fighting him are not evil, and this is partly due to the fact that they are not religious and do not believe in a great deal
{comment about the British leadership at that time, not relevant to current concerns in 2003}
When Christ was on the cross, the first drop of his blood shed on the cross (not forgetting the previous bleeding), the first and last drop and all between - were for you. Do not look amazed at this, child. He shed His blood for souls. He called you by your name. Have I not told you that He suffered all suffering, all regret, all injustice, all loss. Do not envisage it as all encompassing, it was individual. He did not generally suffer, He individually suffered - as you cried out in the depth of your injustice, He cried out on the cross, the precious blood flowed for you alone, my son, in His hours of agony. The Father through Him reached all souls, the Holy Spirit through Him mourned all injustice, His suffering was unique, His blood flowed. The chalice of His blood is the chalice of human suffering. The chalice of His blood gave human suffering a dignity, a purpose, the chalice of His blood gained for all children of God a heavenly home, a place in Heaven which is His house, which is your house - fight the injustice, my son, with the Grace of God and Strength of Heaven, but know that above and beyond all is your place that awaits you with your brother who died for you, and your Father who created you and your Mother, who is the Mother of your soul. Drink the cup of His blood and you drink the cup of Suffering - it is also the cup of Justice - it is the cup of Truth; Justice and Truth await you, my child, in the world to come.
Justice, in your earthly sense, flows from the Father's right hand; in His Mercy it is a gentle justice - many people who wronged you, remember there are those you could list in terms of life's assailants, there are those the Father knows wronged you in thought, still live on this earth; in hope of repentance the Father's is a gentle justice. You must look not to yesterday but to tomorrow, leave the past to the Father who is the past. In your letter writing, which is totally justifiable, temper your letters accordingly, see as the theme not grievances over yesterday but hopes for tomorrow. Leave the past, which is God's today, to God, and only refer to the past in as much as needs be. See, as it were, the past as a statement of facts and conditions that led you to the present…..
My children, understand this, this much tonight, this much tonight, this part of the message is to be sent to the monks at ----------: God the Father, and He is such a God of Love, how loving He is and kind, how just and merciful, witnessed the death of His son on the cross, every precious drop of blood that fell from the Son was measured and witnessed by the Father, every precious drop was for souls. Pray for the Father's mercy on those souls who abuse the name of Christ, who defile His name, who ransack the lives of His brothers. Pray for the blood that was shed for Satan's gain. Christ's torment on the cross was unspeakable, it was beyond the understanding or endurance of human beings and yet so many souls throw that blood shed for them into His face against themselves, against their brothers, against their God - such precious drops.
[Margaret sees Christ, He died for so many who just do not give anything for him]
The souls who love Christ and pay homage to that sacred blood are safe in His widespread arms on that cross, and anyone who rejects that salvation and, in fact, spits in his brother's face has to face the judgement of God the Father, and that is God's judgement. God's judgement is a judgement that looks at the vain useless spillage of His son's blood. God's judgement is not for those who mourn and weep, His judgement is not on those who cry for help, full of sin and failure - God's judgement is on those who look at the cup filled with His blood and say "I am no part of it, I want no part of it. I reject Jesus. I reject the cross. I reject His blood"
[Margaret shown Christ being hoisted up on the cross, for all of us, for peace, but we will have war]
Pray on your knees for peace in the Gulf. Pray for Ireland. Pray against poverty. Pray against AIDS. Pray for children - at the moment children are thronging Heaven's door (victims of murder, neglect, research, disease, abortion, poverty). Pray for the visionaries and Our Lady's message of Peace at Medjugorje. Pray for the Pope. Pray for relatives and loved ones out in front in the Gulf, so alien to your society in Great Britain. Pray for an end to all wars.
Those who are evil are contemptible, you do not armour yourselves enough with prayer. There is no prayer back-up, therefore you must pray all the more. Jesus is with you but they, those who are evil, can and do inflict harm on you, and this could be avoided by more prayer, for example gain protection by playing games with the children, by this you protect yourself in an innocent way, it is actually armour….
Come to me all ye who labour and are weary, I will refresh you. You need not know any other source of love and refreshment other than Jesus. He is the fountain of refreshment. He is all Love. Pray for the Gulf crisis, it is critical. Pray for the children of the Gulf. Pray for innocents.
The ashes can be averted in faith and prayer, in prayer in faith. Do not worry about tomorrow, the Father has all your tomorrows in His hands. I leave you in the Peace that is Christ.
Message from Heaven, 19th January 1991
"All our hearts are broken."
Extracts from recent message, 27th December 2002
"God is Weeping."
The year 2003, 2003 - 2003 will be worse than man has seen on the Earth, I ask you to pray for Iraq.
In 2003, they, Iraq, will be bombed almost to annihilation...
So many dead, so many dead. Such ruin...
So much crying and bewilderment
And no nations can group together, they all mistrust each other. Tell the world, God calls this Union of Nations a folly, a folly of Nations…..
Ireland will know no peace, and bombs will shatter children's limbs, and they talk about their talks of peace - they are an abomination.
This world rejects God and dashes to depths the Church, through the acts of individuals. The evil of child abuse causes many to reject the Church. The Church has almost been destroyed by this but will root out all offenders. The judge of all this will be the Church…….
There are nuclear weapons on the verge of being used. Pray against this children. This is diabolical. There are a multitude of demons causing havoc in the world. There are people pretending, pretending………
Devastation. 2003 is Devastation.
God is weeping, the Lord Jesus weeps, the leaders of men are closed to the word of God, the Churches, (?are in disarray?)
Everything is contradiction.
Tell the people of the world, Pray for Peace. Cry out in the Churches, Bang on the doors of the locked Churches, let the Bells cry out, Peace, Peace, Peace!……
There is horror and atrocity coming...

Give Peace a chance, pray, pray, pray, give peace a chance.
Pray that the world's leaders can be guided in this crisis by the love and innocence of the Infant Christ. 15th March 2002. Geoff Carlin.
