November 16th 1992, St. Luke's, Feast of St. Margaret of Scotland

The Blessed Mother was present throughout the Rosary. Her dress was creamy/white. Saint Margaret stood behind Her. She was tall and slim. She wore a long cream dress - close fitting, and falling from the waist in gentle folds. The dress had long sleeves. Her headdress was also cream. Her forehead was covered and over the inner material was a short veil of the same material as the dress, fitted such that there were little folds all round. The bodice of the dress was pleated.

She said, "I stand behind my Queen. The gifts you have been given are for the benefit of all God's Children." Then she said, "Those in positions of power on Earth must work for the good. Each soul is accountable before God, and in the accounting will be the considerations of the use or misuse of God's gifts; and the use or abuse of power. All on Earth passes - but Love; Love is eternal; let Love, therefore, reign in your hearts. Love is your Monarch. How privileged we are in the lowliness of our servant-hood. We are servants of Love."
